Pricing questions
What do the 30 free credits cover?
Quick planning on one video up to 60 minutes. Quick costs 0.5 credits per started minute, rounded up to a whole credit, with a 12-credit minimum. A 60-minute video costs 30 credits, and anything up to 24 minutes costs 12. Rendering, dubbing, translation and AI thumbnails use credits too. You don’t need a card. Verify your email before you upload.
Can I use the free credits for Deep planning?
Not by themselves. Deep and Deep Category cost 1 credit per started minute with a 32-credit minimum, which is more than 30. You’ll need Monthly Credits or a Top-Up.
How do I know what a video will cost?
The upload page reads your file’s duration and shows the credit cost for your planning mode before processing starts. If your balance is too low, it tells you how many credits the upload needs.
How do Monthly Credits work?
$29 a month adds 290 credits. At each renewal your monthly balance resets to 290, so unused monthly credits don’t carry over. Monthly credits are used before top-up credits.
How do Top-Ups work?
Buy from $50 (500 credits) up to $10,000, at 10 credits per dollar. You don’t need a subscription. Top-up credits don’t expire, and they’re used after your monthly credits.
What happens to my credits if my subscription ends?
Cancelling doesn’t remove your credits straight away. When the subscription expires, any monthly credits left are removed. Top-up credits stay.
Am I charged for B-roll if no footage is found?
No. The 2-credit B-roll charge is held with the render and released if no footage is added.
